Now I'm a platonic friend, it's a lark
To be lucidly envious of this girl,
To visit them both as counsel and nark,
So unsure how dynamics will unfurl.
When memories so pleasantly swirl,
It's frequently of a kiss or a hug,
But his presence makes me want to hurl
At him a platter or a coffee mug.

Insinuated boredom itself as a rift.
