A hot and windless night I dozed on deck
I dreamt the catch a Captain Crocodile
His shirt undone to waist his seadog style
A pallid collar ringed his deep tan neck
I cruised his landlubber at cooee and beck
I feared hed try and fondle else defile
Our handholds he allowed held worth the while
He let go grip and kept my pulse in check
Augmented reality the suds to sling
He poured us double shots of peyote and gin
He touched a tress I plucked apart its pin
A summer cruise unfolded fervent fling
He kept a vigil over me that cove
That crocodile and shark protected trove
Chorus cove anchorage bay
