a study toward sonnet #270 by FisherKingKQJ
You know my girl from the human genome,
She builds thick walls against the ravages
Of a brutal world and calls the place home
Away from gross, clamouring savages.
She defies several gender adages-
She's silent or hardly speaks a sentence,
She anticipates and does things by stages-
She's far too trusting and dislikes pretence.
She relies on good luck and her sixth sense
And to people's auras and vibes, she's a sponge
But when it comes to people's failings she's dense
She's ever ready to pedestal then expunge.
You know my sweet girl who you've never met
You love her shyness as well, which we fete.
You know my sweet girl who you've never met.
You know my sweet girl who you've never convened.
You know my sweet girl who you've never joined.
