Sonnet #54
Along White's Beach tough coprosoma strands
Acquiesce to westerlies; toitoi and marram
Abruptly squeeze the thin track down to sands,
Large breaker waves against wet headlands jam.
My love believes that felon on the lam
George Wilder gave up his temerity
In one of six beach houses that clifftop cram,
Left a thank you note to posterity.
Gannets, shags ply their tongued severity,
They wobble kahawai from swelling kelp;
A basking shark extracts some levity:
My love and I mount its back where I yelp.
My love says my red hair is bright and pure:
Though for those winded ozone wends the cure.
{3D interactive chorus:}
o $10,000,000 pure
o $10,000,000 chaste
o $10,000,000 immaculate
