Sonnet #53 by FisherKingKQJ
We saunter past this pohutukawa tree:
Its twisted, gnarled roots seemingly rebel
Verse high tide mark, knucklewhite disagree,
Lowly ebbing beach of rock, stone, pebble.
Two kingfishers compelled by solstice frost
Abandon their stonk of cloudlike gnat,
Instead sandflea and sandhopper accost:
They catch the winter sun we cold blink at.
My love questioned deviants tightly hugging
If passion could be called a formal state:
Since chimera deemed albino no fling,
In their scoop of pebbles swirled some agate.
My love says love is common and yet sweet-
My seven red braids are tied girlish neat.
{3D interactive chorus:}
o $10,000,000 sweet
o $10,000,000 candy
o $10,000,000 dulcet
