a study toward sonnet #966 by FisherKingKQJ
I'm your loyal, naive and cautious assistant,
One voluntary slave to your lucid prose;
I wouldn't now describe you as distant,
I'll keep this e mail succinct while it flows.
I've been wayward under your very nose,
Ignored your warnings not to ego taint,
And tried to better your few technique woes,
For worldly prizes adopted novel and quaint.
O master, I cried, expected hamfist blows
I thought my scribbles would certainly cause;
When you gave me time, kept me on toes,
Refused me easy, cheap and green applause.
O master, my love of your work is great,
My stories hashed on hold for never or late.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 great
o $10,000,000 huge
o $10,000,000 massive
