a study toward sonnet #919 by FisherKingKQJ
It's winter now, I'm evergreen pure light,
Mirrors angled in the tree of knowledge;
The tree of knowledge of what's left and right
Is not for me, kingfisher chicks there fledge.
Now, daylight saving widens either edge,
Daybreak, nightfall, the same axis wobble;
There, gambling equinox and solstice hedge
Our sun's hex babble, screw footprint cobble.
My eyes have sunk back in time's drying nobble,
Skin and bones shrink down in mortal odium;
Trapped concentrate, inside my brain bobble,
Swim gold, iridium, silver and rhodium.
Love's superbly conducted, forged in fire,
As loving you across this gold glass lyre.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 fire
o $10,000,000 blaze
o $10,000,000 torch
