a study toward sonnet #704 by FisherKingKQJ
My love, you do know I rule cooked deserts
With midnight cactus blooms and water life;
By quaver balance, I need serve desserts,
The nectars pure to you, my beauteous wife.
My sliver strokes are quick as silver rife
And undermine you, eyedrop blobs amass,
Make beauty and soul converge on strife,
Away steamed by your gasp on looking glass.
Therefore I stride tiptoe this side of crass,
Water strider straddling surface tension,
Who'd painterly dare dimple light your sass,
Past your sometime puffy fluid retention.
I'd love to be your champion and prefect-
Should I shuffle what is deemed too perfect?
(Chorus)
I'd love to be your champion and prefect. SPADES
I'd love to be your champion and guardian. CLUBS
I'd love to be your champion and warden. DIAMONDS
