Revised sonnet #162
I rent a room at old St Josephs lodge
Tobacco pinched off me Ill batter yet
The head of hair and mono brow are jet
That Fungas five foot five a poly podge
The deviled sausage supper serves as stodge
In margarine and curry powder met
The little lolly bags I wont abet
Yes Fungas on tick latest dairy dodge
If Funga plonks a piano huffs a hymn
St Josephs sensible the plaster saint
Of chalky patches pleasant peeled off paint
In Fungas focus brief as bugs and dim
If Funga sells a sun tan lotion spray
I cop a burn that cloudy summer day
Chorus spray aerosol vaporizer
