a study toward sonnet #944 by FisherKingKQJ
As I lay with my sheep in mountain frost,
I watched great Ollah's golden dawn rays touch
The turbine of the tower of Babel glossed
With neutrinos, gold brushed nonesuch.
A shepherd's sundial in my jealous clutch,
I praised Olleh high, for Olluh was great,
Our clouded sun His Gate, his love too much,
My eyes His Wick, early, bang on time, late.
I'd followed my sheep, browsing their gait,
They followed their own shadows' sun dial,
I'd slung their ba bas sacred gnomon bait,
We lay in Shinar's snowdrift for a while.
As I slept, men of Babel dressed me fledge,
Aimed me at Ollah's sun as an ice wedge.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 wedge
o $10,000,000 corkscrew
o $10,000,000 jemmy
