a study toward sonnet #619 by FisherKingKQJ
I was spoilt rubbish, she was spoilt trash,
They said we were a perfect putrid pair,
They passed around the stetson hat for cash,
For one-way tickets to make us disappear.
We put our trust in Athens in Greco Air,
The plane aimed past a lump at this wee dot,
At Labourites pulling votes anywhere
Excellent that we'd flunked tittle and jot.
Big government freebies there were snot,
Big government freebies here were great,
The lazy should decide the pasture rot,
So dig a hole, fill a hole, obfuscate.
I'm senile, glasses and teeth in a jar-
On my son's birthday I bought me a car.
(Chorus)
I'm senile, glasses and teeth in a jar. SPADES
I'm senile, glasses and teeth in a bottle. CLUBS
I'm senile, glasses and teeth in a vase. DIAMONDS
