a study toward sonnet #569 by FisherKingKQJ
I love a debate; I like to agree to disagree;
I love a man whose ego is big and strong,
Adventurous enough to let me play me;
Who believes two rights blunt a wrong.
I've seen him again after our ding-dong
At least I jemmied into his obtuse psyche-
I know my reckless candour made a pong-
But this is real love, why should I pike?
When it comes to the dark side, I'm a tike
Tenacious to confront and contain a bogy
The anguish of the man I love and like
And postpone the worry lines of a fogy-
That his baggage of grudge go take a hike.
My love can be annoying, obtuse afraid,
My telekinetic brow kiss his first aid
(Chorus)
My love can be annoying, obtuse afraid. SPADES
My love can be annoying, obtuse nervous. CLUBS
My love can be annoying, obtuse scared. DIAMONDS
