Revised sonnet #1628
I shouldve savoured moments so sublime
Youd captivate in fairness me at fault
A silence sensual memorised as mime
A rustling restless static ramped a jolt
I shuttle zone to zone and clime to clime
I wonder if youll wake up weep and bolt
One day endure no more in precious prime
And lonely frankly fed up phoning halt
Its dirty work the which I want to do
No other dirty work amuses me
A sales reps worries click an apogee
All weekends free I fetch you far too few
You know youve acted dutiful young wife
To fault assumed the wonderful new life
Chorus wife mate spouse
