To guess youd put yourself inside my shoes
I knew quite well your ex worked out worse
Youd lost your credit card time whole in purse
Youd sussed out lesser vice my binge of booze
You noted how Id little left to lose
Yet stuck to rut I was to risk averse
In simulation suffered cosmic curse
The first to fault I meant to further use
I shut my ears to slander slanted speech
It was unfocused wounded everyone
I liked specific sarcasm deadly done
At parasites expense if worm if leech
I cocked at standstill snook I passed on cant
I walked a while inside your shoes till pant
