Revised sonnet #1619
Id like to know now just where did you sneak?
My lookouts parried quick you left their place
My baby brother worked out a vulgar base
And struck you slumming it on passing peek
You shouted shots of gin to quiet your clique
Affected clown your chance to self efface
To peel off far from me with modest grace
You dressed in dowdy clothes the stretch unique
Well hows your saccharine sweet socialite?
Will she one day dare dredge your dressing down?
Was her mauve mufti last years must get gown?
Were candlesticks and dimmer switch up bright?
Youll both toast me youll clink your coke and rum
That once in stolen hour Id guess near glum
Chorus rum vodka whiskey
