On heavy bones is racked erratic gland
I swell as jolly lunk as lode of lard
Too poor to purchase gourmands gastric band
Or liposuction slapped on credit card
I sweat in ruddy rashes breathe too hard
Im bullied sometimes suffer gentle pinch
I self efface it serves as mental guard
Id drop in coffin slowly care of winch
