a study toward sonnet #1,461 by FisherKingKQJ
Now she's found our white chapel, we'll be wed
Low key by some old cloistered, rebel monk,
An orphan, that's me, offering the dread
Of empty pews my aisle side, framed to flunk.
Her sister is best girl vowed, swollen head,
My booze mate is best man vowed, drip or drunk;
Her gown off white, she wants to be re-read-
Mid thirties, childless, thoroughly fed junk.
Goodlooking, open now to lowest of bids
Was she, a cherub gave poor me a shove,
No harm in helping her to have some kids,
And obvious were the obstacles to love.
A shrew or sterile, choosy, else too shy,
I thank God, wondrous, will not question why.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 shy
o $10,000,000 aloof
o $10,000,000 reticent

a study toward sonnet #1,460 by FisherKingKQJ
I saw you firstly as one style of girl,
Your idiosyncrasies next snagged me in,
In mutual, mad, sex charged hormonal whirl,
You turned experiences just, thick and thin.
You're like a lustrous white rock oyster pearl
So questioning past lows I can't begin;
You're like a wispy cloud poised steady curl,
Diet strategies assert a Pyrrhic win.
I sense your psychic gaze on my bare nape,
And you soothe like a weeping willow grove,
Raise like ozone gusts mixed across a cove,
You guide me like wires under grapevine drape.
I pledge my life to you, do what you please,
Whatever, I surrender, rally cease.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 please
o $10,000,000 like
o $10,000,000 want

a study toward sonnet #1,459 by FisherKingKQJ
I balk at calling you dumb blonde, white fluff,
Passing time has phased out puerile fury;
Though I'll honour bachelor dreamt houri,
I'd hate to hear that you were sleeping rough.
So if we met once more, I'd call your bluff,
Mastercraftsman I, your judge and jury,
Gong your glass animals and potpourri,
Your artwork saccharine sweet, soulless stuff.
I put things down to some temporal quirk
And how I'd pray, endure my darkest hour
When sonnets seemed exotic, wouldn't flower,
When I'd prefer sure money, menial work.
With my feet made of clay, I drummed out drought,
That minor artist rubbed your odd strokes out.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 drought
o $10,000,000 evaporate
o $10,000,000 waterless

I'd like to shout how much I love you, dear,
Yet I'm afraid that bolder boys will ape
And drone je t'aime as I now do, for dare,
In this old housie hall such nerves escape.
So hand on hip, and hand in hand we share
The old waltz records; roused by your nape,
I have to hide a hard on, then I wear
My cardigan stretched down, to cover shape.
I love you, Cheryl, you aren't one to whinge,
I want to hug you firm as we foxtrot,
Your figure hugging tights and mini hot,
And my lips want to flick that bobbing fringe.
I'd get banned from ballroom social dancing,
Touch you no more, I won't travel chancing.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 dancing
o $10,000,000 shimmying
o $10,000,000 twinkling

I don't know what's come over me, this crush
Is no starter dough, more idle fritter,
As I hummed you maybe pom big hitter-
You're Croatian grammar old boy, help me hush.
You're in computers, boot a heady rush
For me, lore of loot receives my titter,
I see your physique lean bleat tad bitter,
Graph paper pencil strokes eyed peep no flush.
I'll sit on concrete steps and puff a smoke,
Outsides I look in, you're nonsmoker small,
I won't drink, but you'll shout booze one and all,
Are you net billionaire, or bombast joke?
No, it's a passing crush which I despise,
Help can't, when I gaze into your green eyes.

Can I help those close who're needy hearted?
I'm needy myself, won't take good as great,
I wring my hands and slap my wrinkled pate
How do I end what none has just started?
Pitying sweet girl from whom youth has parted,
First crown of childbirth not a little late-
I'd link a boy, as somewhat set off bait,
To whom cold in vitro veers uncharted.
My age precludes romantic, honied course-
Professional girl, old flame permed charmless,
Whose teen son I'd hook up, work round harmless,
Drum into perfect match, scarce resource.
I'll bathe three times a day old, so rebel,
Thus neutralise divorce bound senior smell.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 rebel
o $10,000,000 counter
o $10,000,000 disobey

That live in lover choice sped chaotic mess,
Her fall dead perfect looks I'd read plain wrong,
Incredibly, he'd cater then to less,
My situation as pretty played in strong.
He oozed no substance which I could assess,
And truth be told his peers appeared a throng,
Elite and monied, I greased access
Via cheeky chicks once prodded, ding-a-dong.
I dreamt that he'd kiss both my dainty feet,
Obey all whimsical demands from me
And sacrifice his fine career at sea,
My tortuous game plan tending trick or treat.
True love is pure addictive, like a drug,
By our fireplace we'd rest nude, deck a rug.

My first love loved to play the forest witch,
I was a warlock under her great spell,
The Wahine storm whacked thick oaks that fell,
She vanished swiftly, left me not a stitch.
My second love best served the lucky switch,
A blonde part Croatian, she did win snap well,
It was my jealous dad who jinxed life hell,
He slagged her fisher grandpa, self made rich.
My third love was a jukebox jackpot struck,
A waltz and foxtrot partner, else freestyle,
The housie hall swung us such learned luck,
I split for some high school, off track one mile.
Yes, later cute girls proved giving as these,
Yet never enough to nurse a skin disease.

o $10,000,000 these

You've had a fine day, it's been problem free,
No welts, no bruises off light scrapes and stings,
As you love triumphant trivia which you see,
Ironic laughs which banter often brings.
One field which you want to hedge or flee
Is your true feelings as communal things,
Shared nittygritty, you defer to glee
Her part all, you supress with charm hand wrings.
You can take it from me, you don't need the mess
Of stoic resolve, you'll never savour peace,
Behind a smiling mask and saddened without cease,
To keep her you should care bit more or less.
She's nice, she'll never nag what you should do,

It started with our search of my g-spot
In my flat pelvis - there was such a thing?
Could dongs undreamt of pleasure bring?
Might rarefied tissues small yet sense a lot?
That boyfriend's busted; what I gave, I got,
I miss his glans with, without his cock ring,
But that vibrator, share of our sweet thing,
Replacement lover, close friend, no, not.
Its squirm, buck slow and steady, grinding thrust
Raise me quivering to orgasms quickly,
Rosy I'm flushed, I'm mad not, nor sickly,
I might leave off a day, that's if I must.
I love the tingling sensation of toys,
The animal and egg like buff clit bouys.

A lonely shepherd ogled shed white hairs
Kept safe in smallest sealed clear nickel bag,
Tears rolled down his cheeks, gutted he'd just gag,
Once more crash down to knees on sods made stairs.
He laughed annoyance whenever she'd try nag,
Or dolled up deemed to put on rarefied airs;
He found her feisty come to world affairs,
Through teasing loved her caveat free, no tag.
Winter left him beaten down, hardbitten,
Her cousins urged on her their urban zone,
Dedicated, servile, stoic and smitten,
He could not bear her sad, he could her clone.
By gist of genes that shepherd looked to me,
That I flesh out her likeness near this lea.

You huffed that I was having an affair,
A dread thing which I wouldn't try and do;
You sneered that I'd just made one big booboo,
I held back tears, I trembled, gasped for air.
I thought it was a thinly cloaked bold dare
Which gave me carte blanche, read I could pursue
Attractive single women, strive anew
For someone who might problem solve and care.
I bumped her plastic bumper driving close,
Sharp crunch was loud as if they'd both shattered;
Parked, red faced, we saw no wreckage scattered,
And I could phone her phone if I so chose.
A tempered glass mug first time can be dropped,
Not crack, but fragility is then copped.

Though his brain leaks at times he can still sniff
At bitches when they air that jealous whiff;
Fisherking, aged eleven slid home base
And would do it again being something ace.
Now, bitches who hate artists hate art too,
The many hours of toil, they shun a clue;
What they call selfish is just breaking balls,
And his one hundred hour work week appals.
Now, Fisherking lectures fair weather friend,
Shove off, here at last, a G phone, THE END.

The suicides were sad front page headline news,
A picture gallery displaying annual rate,
I pressed a psychic palm on them, checked fate-
All better looking than me, born to lose.
In my life I'd declined the obvious clues,
The slit eyed grandma born of Balkan state,
Own lack of middle name so meant a ruse,
Diminutive birth certificate strait.
I felt that Satan stripped my large, fake smiles
Of first propitiating a future bliss,
And stuck beneath deceased childsoldier piles,
I furled in bed, would not confront all this.
I was at odds amongst the worker bees,
They'd boil my blood, yet kill by sweet degrees.

My husband has made room for lots of guff,
He sleeps rough, on the balcony, won't breach
Our empty nest, our kids choose not to leech
And stay well clear, they've crammed exams enough.
I grab shopsoiled, discounted, brilliant stuff,
I snatch ex demos, last of lines within each;
Three dollar shop cheap bargains beggar speech,
And piled up high with shopping bags, I'll puff.
I hoard stuffed animals, which is serious
As hobbies go, my favourite a donkey
Filled with straw, her glass eyes glint imperious,
Though her frozen trot has worked bit wonky.
Love's been suffocating, yet more lonely,

Said you'd love me like your little sister,
Which meant I could no longer lounge half nude,
Oathed you'd love me whole summer interlude,
Which meant senior girls made your eyes glister.
Said your timing was a sad head twister
Which meant a break up would be quick and crude,
Oathed you were a feckless, messy mister,
Which meant a likely love had been previewed.
Said I was pretty, you craved someone plain
To match your hypoallergenic plain looks,
Oathed I was clever, you craved a slower brain,
Mine put your trembling heart on tenterhooks.

(lllllviii)
I've pinned you pretty much on your own saying,
Sure couldn't camouflage a master plan,
If this were gonad games I was sashaying
I'd measure partially self realised man.
I've bid last farewell, forgo mental flaying,
Of begging you for sex, of course you can
Get it from me all workaday outweighing,
I'm far too easy, fear a lifesized ban.
Guess that I'll keep passive sweet you guessing-
What part's gone stale? Onset of rare disease?
When you attempt occasional striptease-
That I don't care to see you undressing.
You patronise - don't care if you don't come,
That true, next time right over your warm bum.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 come
o $10,000,000 approach
o $10,000,000 materialise

I'm so in love, there's a gorgeous lady like
Dear you, I'm pre-emptive, mesmerised by props-
Large earrings, plunging neckline, each dress hike,
Unblemished skin which never naked stops.
I'm not the build of boyfriend who'll just pike
Out when things get tough, who then flipflops
Affairs in secret, who steals you a dike,
No, theres context where brilliant better tops.
I singled her out hot one night stand
From ten yards out, slim body, tinted hair,
We caught a cab to her three storey lair,
But afterglow brought me her countermand.
Please, darling, help me, please, what can I do,
As soulmates beautiful are sweet and few?
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 do
o $10,000,000 enact
o $10,000,000 perform

I gave away a girl who was more rich
And pretty than old you, for lovely you,
I don't regret the status switch,
And people puzzling over my lowered view.
As there can be no growth devoid of glitch,
As character with quite nice looks pulls through,
As building is where I broach the itch,
As therapy is thought out well to do.
You cry, I shed a single tear in suit,
You play me this melancholy man;
You rage, I panic inside my brain pan,
You play me this spastic spent en route.
I couldn't sponge off dear you, nor be cruel,
I suffer stoic your philosophic school.

You noticed me as someone who I'm not,
Pure flattery when first I thought of it,
I'm hailed more heroic than my honest lot,
You size me up and force a magic fit.
What fun, I'm framed the artist who's well shot
Of social double standards, full of wit;
When jobs are scarce, the scant typed pages rot,
As well, inside a scrimboard walled bedsit.
You're planning on replacing silly mum
Whose brogue is Eastern European old crook
Misheard as Celtic quaint and by the book,
The false identity aggrieves me glum.
I hate mother, it's so slipstream breezy
Replacing her, you've struck easypeasy.

The last time when I saw my babe, he smiled
Goodbye, he boarded platform Sylvia Park,
Electric fences rained on hissed to spark,
I wept how I'd see him soon, was not riled.
He was uplifting, though in manner mild,
His strong face was offset by eyes deep and dark;
He'd pitched a ponzi past some sharp loan shark,
A thousand dollar kick start there I piled.
Mum slagged him off as a gaudy grifter,
We hunted him up, down steel Britomart,
We tagged one dress alike and skinny tart,
I defended him as no shoplifter.
Over mudflats clacks the diesel carriage,
Oystercatchers wading sign good marriage.

o $10,000,000 carraige
o $10,000,000 unit
o $10,000,000 vehicle

I catch your name, Sheryl, Shelly, Shirley,
Far too much background noise in grim High Street,
This carpark building cafe where I greet
You with big hand gestures, whispers burly.
Certified, your latest look is tong wavy, curly-
By stepping out with stereotypes I cheat
My fate of broken heart, cut loss upbeat,
Exit true commitment late or early.
One thing which I hate is sailor cussing,
But what if its your only feature fault?
What are sad blemishes which make you bolt?
I do tell some fibs to save the fussing.
This tryst goes custard, I'll still yet succumb,
I know that waitress, working solo mum.

Things seen in our world are what they just seem,
Its pliant, cooked iron core under pressure hard;
The girl of my daydreams is such a dream,
Going through dress sizes, with or without lard.
There's native platinum in her eye gleam,
Her archetype in likeness, queen playing card,
In mirth, in sadness will her teardrops teem,
She's frontal found within wing mirror shard.
I look at Cheryl, her blonde hair going white,
And paper pages seguing into plastic sheets,
Where mall with virtual reality now meets,
Where death to stem cells stands as boring blight.
Shamed, I'll live with Cheryl dear forever,
How could self immersed youth those ties sever?

o $10,000,000 eternally

I tapped through your e-mail a dozen times,
Shall give you greater benefit of doubt,
Though I don't know quite why you brag about
Your misdemeanours and muffs, claim small crimes.
Your Cain-like persona which biased God primes
To not like, being less favoured, not shut out,
Asserts all commonsense it can then flout,
Two wrongs can make a right, such are those chimes.
I love you like a brother, we're alike,
I can't suffocate her using kindness,
As her inner beauty stirs to blindness,
Afraid I'm going to have to pray and pike.
So you end by praising Auckland City,
Though you're native, skipped its nittygritty.

A strapless, seamless bra right underneath
A mauve tube microdress I'll often wear,
My shoulders shown; as often tight jeans sheath,
And ever steel rings hang from either ear.
I'll go seaside beergarden, hedge and wreath
On trellises, men catch in casual gear,
With open collars, two piece suits, white teeth,
Their eyes on my cork wedges I'll ensnare.
In happy hour I'll double up tomboy,
Six to one among young males who matter,
Freakishly, I'll meet a bitch who's fatter
Or taller, wearing same tube micro ploy.
Or if I'm nervous, giggle, sniff and smile,
Across the street walk sand one half a mile.

We dry humped steadily, bum idly slapped,
I came while stone hard, while still fully zipped,
Hot, thick wads into cotton undies slipped,
My hamstrings hot, she tickled, tweaked or tapped.
She hadn't noticed, I was hugely rapt,
My tool yet hot and hard, and spongy tipped
She fondly stroked out flies, she flopped and flipped,
I poked her pussy, wet flapped, closely napped.
Her dress was rolled back round her writhing waist,
Air pockets wafted smells of sweat and sex
Round our limbs; how I humped with haste
Knowing how I'd last, avail her groans, not vex.
I banged her orgasm best as then I could,
And ground against her turgid little hood.

DRAUGHT
42.
Personal Assistant- You remember Miguel the Magus?
Governor- I knew him passing well, we'd meet in social
clubs and in the street, here and there.
Personal Assistant- And how quick the public were to
drop his sensational disappearance as a publicity stunt.
Governor- The media had done its quota of kidnaps
and murders for the week, he would've been a
drag on circulation.
Personal Assistant- I fear we too will vanish under a
succession of crises.
18.
[Enter, Clone and Maria, passing through a mangrove
thicket, the Magus trailing.]
Maria-I suppose I could make a sportsbra out of two
coconut half shells.
18a.
Maria- You look happy as can be.
Clone- To cover my anxiety about our imaginary future.
If good fortune can be primed with good will and
prayer. Let me guess your name, Maria.
Maria- Is not every second girl in Bogota called Maria,
then factor it in as a family name as well.
Clone- People have no imagination.

But if he's church mouse poor then pur
That you know haunts where hearty meals fill.

Yet if she looks much like your brother's wife,

To gratitude you give lip service glib
Ad nauseum, pleasant manners play your code
Of ethics, I cringe your each last episode,
Your pledge now seems a flippant fib.
I'll do you favours free, you needn't crib
Door openings, chair tug outs, there's an ode
To your looks, even while you're crash diet mode,
All chivalry as you're my chevron dib.
Truth is, our love has not yet been tested,
Drycleaning suits shows something how you feel,
It's my cash which you thus count divested
I think how I do treat you royal, get real.

The Ballad of FisherKing
Here's FisherKing's weird tale of sex obtuse,
It's somehow sentimentally profuse,
Since he was not a young, committed girl,
As even immature he would unfurl;
The bloke who took him down the bushy park
And jacked off holding his wrist was a lark,
The bloke who picked him up not far off school
In his Minx dashed remembrance as a rule;
But, sheepishly, FisherKing owes the most
To sterile bald man, local friendly ghost,
Who'd tease him often that he had no dick
In front of his own parents, funny trick,
I have so got a dick he would try plead-
At which then FisherKing was groped indeed:
One day that family friend had cut out
His kidney stones, there was no other bout.
FisherKing's now hetero but kinky,
Likes being ravished by nice girls who're slinky.
Here's FisherKing's weird tale of sex obtuse,
It's somehow sentimentally profuse,
Since he was not a young, committed girl,
As even immature he would unfurl;

A break up is such grindingly tough going,
A challenge as to who will fall out first
Without true feelings fanned out, part showing
The lowest card being emotional outburst.
Yes, we've grown apart so wary, well knowing,
And right along you've seen me self immersed
Too late, my love, no feedback fully owing
I'll treasure your looks when at angry worst.
Recall our slow walks round the bending bays,
Tide out or in, the artificial strand,
At concrete balustrade, warm hand in hand,

A break up is such grindingly tough going,
A challenge as to who will fall out first
Without true feelings fanned out, part showing
The lowest card being emotional outburst.
Yes, we've grown apart so wary, well knowing,
And right along you've seen me self immersed
Too late, my love, no feedback fully owing
I'll treasure your looks when at angry worst.
Recall our slow walks round the bending bays,
Tide out or in, the artificial strand,
At concrete balustrade, warm hand in hand,
Your or my smiling, squinting sunset glaze.

DRAFT
Our great grandparents probably would show
On city streets and scale Depression's height;
Pass one another phased, unphased smiles bestow,
They may have all been far too frank or light.
In Atlantis twelve thousand years ago
Our lookalikes in love fell, through hindsight;
As we two avatars wild kisses blow
In civil war against the moon, our satellite.
Slowly saw we our moon's turning shudder,
As warning flares blew off its southern seas,
We saw our colony would not appease,
Night sky blazed above us white on judder.
The vimana peeled smoothly lifting left,
As I worked out your cleavage, clit and cleft.

He didn't treasure his three score and ten,
The bachelor enforced at fifty seven years
Went senile first, in front of married peers,
He yearned for love, no spinster served that yen.
He lugged explicit luck of meeker men,
Was pushed aside by girls for brutal leers
And beatings brutes delivered past good cheers,
The womens' hell lip service, classic hen.
Female coupling made him grin and garble,
His eyes were childish staring straight at you,
I watched his eyes settle smoking marble,
He was stone-hard dead and weighed a statue.
Van ambulance dollied, driver-fetcher,
And I hoisted him plumb down the stretcher.
o fetcher

I've caught this galling case of de ja vue,
It's no prior life or virtual video game,
It's your ancient neighbourhood sort of same,
As you described in smiles and while I'd woo.
Selective memories I rarely rue,
As when distracted from your words, no shame
In trying to follow your white teeth, no blame
In sensually resonant days in lieu.
I may remember now the holding hands,
I'd tease you, laugh at your more childish looks,
You were fast tracked ahead of gonad glands,
A pretty face atop a pile of books.
It kills me how I can't put out a trace,
It could engage and add to my disgrace.
(Chorus)

The wicked words that I said could fit anyone,
And could hurt anyone, yet true, I'd take
Them back straight, had I pondered how they'd stun,
Exaggerated shrieks, too, bluff fist shake.
Perhaps I felt unworthy round you, fun
With you I feared would end on your uptake,
My being too clever by half, quarter done,
A saboteur of self presenting fake.
I could die of heartbreak, miss the morning,
Please ring, please say there's another fellow,
Else tell me how we can meet, get mellow,
Else knock down that door, flag me first warning.
I told you where to go, you always give,
Give me back motive, through you I could live.
The wicked words that I said could fit anyone,
And could hurt anyone, yet true, I'd take

I fought so hard the meme of moral code
In animal instinct, genes bid do bad,
And later I excused them as mildly mad,
Their rough pack mentality overrode.
The lot of runts is richest mother lode,
Man's best friend smallest sickly rather sad,
No vantage view in dog's life might be had,
It's more how love of life seized Man's abode.
The fleet mite which makes the rat find the cat
Has villain values, shuttling back and fro
Gut parasites lead their lions, well know
To meet their mates in warthog munch, that's that.
The vegans wouldn't ever stoop to steaks
In Atlantis, men bit on cooked oat cakes.

So I look back now at what verse has been
With pride, the reeking sweat and labour rubbed
And drained from tempered typeface can't be seen,
Those lines are smooth, no hint of phrases flubbed.
Each sonnet I've written to simply mean
Plain things, no tagged subtext font overdubbed,
No murky metaphor, no gloss to glean,
No strained personification, all props snubbed.

A convention there is when it comes to verse,
We find a pretty girl to foist through praise,
Whom rare words can immortalise, so raise
To goddess stature, not for her a hearse.
Now, typeset cues back to front its blot curse,
And mumbles twist and truncate, nuance rephrase,
And paper burns up accidental blaze,
And museum funding cutbacks make things terse.

You slink back after having second thoughts
About commitment to me, you're merely late,
In your well formed opinion you're out of sorts,
If I could figure you out girl mad by fate.
Though I do not approve of fate, which ports
An unaccountable and passive state,
Tarts find you first, your chat up line but courts,
Sure, alpha male, and when they're done, I wait.
These are my terms, you try please understand,

You demonise a dude whom you then loathe,
He's left you looking after your sweet child
By which I'm pestered, prompted, else beguiled,
And whom you housetrain, feed, scrub clean, and clothe.
Please, honey, kiss byebye to cuss, don't oath
And throw off little left you when you're wild,
The salvage can then take pretext for troth,
I may be callous too, I'm often rather mild.
Through you I've sourced escape from self deceit,
I panned no master, my frames were eyesores,

Why fall in love? why flirt and lose control
In chatting up a man and choosing him
Your lifetime mate? why take short odds and trim
Your dividend to dull affairs of soul?
As I'm one whom love once enveloped whole,
The many months I rucked its wondrous vim
I loved him lump sum, furious, merry, grim,
And merciful, claimed our rigmarole.
As he'll spend more time round his old schoolmate
Soon you'll see how fervent passion settles,
He'll clam you colds and laugh when you emulate,
He'll growl listless, much test both your mettles.
If he's all worried, then you won't get sleep,
You'll empathise, he'll posit not one peep.

You wrest some advantage won of my good will,
It's me who swings the giving love at stake,
And you're so facile now that you don't fake
A nice commitment, you shrug that it's nil.
Once I adored you, couldn't cap my fill
Of your plans, dreams and values; my heartache
Is such that I could boo you without break,
Or poke my pink tongue out at you to chill.
I'd rather motormow lawns, take out trash,
Or steam iron satin skirts than waste time on you;
Lying next to you my teeth begin to gnash,
I dream about unknown men nude and new.
You never compromise, acknowledge a point,
My bending back has put our love out of joint.

transl. by Friar Niccolo from the Aramaic
parchments, unknown origin
In Christian bookshops bibles gather dust
On far end bookshelves, neither browsed nor bought;
The walks with Jesus hustle suave onslaught,
Bestselling self promotions, market sussed.
Our crux being crucifixions were a must
Of gospel gossip, morbid thorns for thought,
Such commonplaces chances caught,
The Appian sixteen thousand added thrust.
If Josephus appends a giant lard arse
Who peels off his cross nails in pouring rain,
His wrists and ankles greased against the grain,
Who bounces back to Bethlehem, makes sparse.
That carpenter once nailed his fingernail,
Cussed Roman Venus, as he could impale.

Unlike ones rolling from his lustrous lips,
His voice strident, he yet hesitated,
He claimed, it's me, not you, he'd come to grips.
Weeks I'd sob and rage, then soar elated,
Laugh myself mad, shake from throat down to hips,
Friends declared that he just was not fated ,
That someone better suited would eclipse.
But you know what? I waltzed in front of him
Swore on my own behalf that I so was
The best thing which occurred to him because

Which didn't stimulate one single bit,
As he pulled hostage close a girl a whit.

It was true love fifth, sixth, or seventh sight,
She was a solicitor, kind of cute;
She practised out a shop on sharp turn right,
I'd catch glimpse from my customary route.
But even so a serious chance was slight,
I was loyal to flagrant fancy, a brute
In leers of ladies' bums, unseen their blight,
A sigh in passing passed for good repute.
One mirror I found myself just with her,
Shoring velvet sofa, sharing sherry,
Chat was loose and light, our mood was merry,
I fielded cuddles as they might occur.
Marriage licence issued three weeks later,
Quaint aunt Katy, if surprised, would cater.

Dear Diary,
I've let myself get bogged down in research for that first
interactive movie. Never mind, the bank credit crisis
is damaging to our competitors as we're decidedly
prepaid mobile phones and cash through animated automatic
telling machines. I knocked too hard on those "tech wreck"
doors in 2001. How they called our hand typed letters of
introduction "spam" and how spineless was the unnamed
Kiwi web host not to help me call their bluff. Not now.
I've upped the ante, doubling the price of this web log to
$4 billion cash plus $2 billion stock in a bank. A commission
of 10% or $600,000,000 USD as a brilliant one off is available
for this deal on completion.

That girl likes making massive fuss of food,
It's wheat and gluten gross that she can't touch,
At restaurants she'll pick at portions much,
She emphasises entrees overchewed.
Then, from my plate a piece is nicely hewed
With trembling tines, no calories as such
In my plush, hearty meals, her klepto crutch,
Though wretched, still petite, she's rarely rude.
She'll pay a premium for near empty plate,
It dampens down invested sexual urge;
And organic black coffees cooperate,
I pity her, shake my head ahead of purge.
Her spotless toilet pan spells out less is more,
Size eight clothes on non curves I do adore.

We circumnavigate hourglass sand grains,
Now shrunk enough in size to man two ships
Of cotton rag sails, matchstick masts, and snips
Of bob thread rigging, each glass bulb contains.
I'll motion magic mantras, cresting strains
Which calm our brains, align twin cursive trips
To parallel worlds, problematic skips,
I'll stand our love on its head, win what wanes.
So much time lost, I'd like to ship it shape,
And shop its partial moments with you whole,

First glance I gathered that he might be gay,
He seemed a pretty pretty visual joy,
Too finicky and groomed, a fine tuned boy,
Our first kiss whacked that quick guess away.
The drop of his tight pants tells me to splay
My quivering taut thighs, and he's not coy
In stroking my knee backs, a stirring ploy,
He shoulders my shins, my calves, as he may.
Booked side by side, on same old aeroplane
As tourists going back home, we talked
Of babes we'd glad eyed, monuments we'd gawked,
And later swapped phone numbers, lovers' vein.
I know, I also think what people think,
She's plain as pudding, so how did they link?

I know, I also think what people think,
She's plain as pudding, so how did they link?

a study toward sonnet #1,408 by FisherKingKQJ
(llxxiv)
Beneath her sophistry, I could discern
A sadness state which I could tick ignore
In one night stand, preceding babes of yore,
My black notebook read one skirt chasing churn.
My feelings dark, unseen, objects to spurn,
Especially vague anger coiled at core,
Now featured throughout afterglow to floor,
Scorch fake apologies, the taking turn.
My libido was leveled while she talked,
I nodded nudist at her ups and downs,
And whereas previously I would have balked
At sympathising, flushed I felt my frowns.
I started seeing her some person, no thing,
Our future aired or further than a fling.
(Chorus)
o thing
o piece
o object

Well, babe, you sat by me and stayed long mute,
And waited out that first move fellow's gaffe-
Stuff chat about the weather, nought so naff,
Failed, ignorant actress, you're kind of cute.
You got my details by stealth, that's astute,
Not really right, maybe violent riffraff,
I've guessed my x, y, and z on your graph,
If only you could squash me, sorted scoot.
Will you please exit me and my brand forever
So I can be with whom I'm meant to be,
A woman who's an artist, host more clever,
Sure, foolish gentlemen can be set free.
Face down, things I stand for jerk you jealous,
Zoom some talentless bum, groom him zealous.

Remember our first grift, the longshot luck,
That wheelerdealer who scoped us three way?
I lisped from time to time, bisexual prey,
He showered and whistled, you his wallet snuck.
Remember our last grift, contractor's truck,
How come no lint or dust on that workhorse lay?
Though he kept tools, drops and pots on its tray?
You petted, ignition keys your real pluck.
Mad how marriages still founder broken,
Round us ruined, this while ours never budges;
Smoochy silence signing winks and nudges,
Under table kicks guide trust unspoken.
Grifters come the night, aligning glances,
Lifetime lovers midst those dead romances.

(lllvii)
She read arryhthmia, died a dear young thing
A chronicle by coroners revealed,
It showed appearances can yank, not yield;
I liked her; now to her my weak prayers wing.
Friend, you want me to sorrowfully sing
Her passing so untimely, my lips shield
With shame her memory far afield,
If I'd just caught up with her, though she'd cling.
I thought it was too late for loving her,
But as years went by sad disaster
Moulded mediocrity into master,
My nose, and navel hairs grew long as fur.
A million years endorsed, the first step done,
For Sue, I'll save the world from swelling sun.

(lllv)
I was alert to means of men, immune
To their insidious charms, so his flex
Of rippling arm muscles didn't at all attune
With my libido brief, nor did it vex.
I slid off the escalator none too soon,
He swaggered sinuously as my last ex,
In shaping short shorts, the work-out loon,
I stamped designer pumps to perplex.
He'd muscled into specialized pub sports,
Chucked darts for money, gym work divvied edge;
Old men were closed out amateur cohorts,
I thought golf, bowls, no depth too low to dredge.
I bid him bye, with enigmatic smiles,
He got a glance of me in marble tiles.
(Chorus)

o $10,000,000 flagstones

Your eyes grew wide as saucers when I said
That we'd be flying to Bermuda at noon,
For our rebooted blue moon honeymoon,
The booked suite wore a queensized waterbed.
You loved me, even liked my swollen head,
The wedding band appearing scarcely soon,
A diamond brilliant blue, long meant your boon,
Compensation for pools of tears you'd shed.
Then I showed you the blueprint band of paste,
A secret dummy stone I'd mocked up then,
So close to your blunt daddy's curious taste,
He'd slammed me wastrel student way back when.
Offshore casinos vaunt cash rich virtue,
Busted, debtor bankrupt, he can't hurt you.

You can address me Squally, dub me friend,
I'm actually a mosaic mongoloid;
The chance of dating dear you is nearly void-
But self-improvement gurus can upend.
Their mantras move, with vibrations do mend,
They reckon you low status, part employed,
You're kind of kindy teacher, I defend,
To Labour party unions we're alloyed.
My old career mum left me loot in trust,
There's cash for change, I can retool my head,

Dear diary,
That's 1,400 sonnets, the equivalent of 7 world class
verse plays. To recap, in 1967 I chased the words
hallo, hello, hullo through a dictionary, discovered
the Tower of Babel in Genesis 11 and followed the exploits
of the world's richest man as he bought half a dozen
casinos on fish and chip wrappers, then pulled in
some alphabet blocks.

(lxx)
She's pretty yet in these much later years,
Her blonde hair bobbed now faded ashen white,
And out her black veil dark eyes twinkle tears
At her dead spouse's horrid burial rite.
He'd towered above her, she'd twigged them peers,
His better half she'd often sweetly skite;
True, proxied, host a parasite appears,
A decade difference in age a mite.
I myself was laid out once with plague,
And comatose months on end, awoke
I played dead possum, pleased so kindred folk,
My will unwritten was, my burial vague.
I watch unseen my love the loving leech,
She's wafer thin, a waif now within reach.

I'll seize their sundry sizes, shapes and styles,
Fix eyes on escalators, stairs and aisles,
Pose nonplussed, against walls, front up lazy.

Across uneven cobblestones, halfbrick tiles,

To parry images that I'm straight perv,

There's praise which should be pledged forever more,
I'd also be the first so doing to bore,
Let me admire, instead, with passing grace.
I crook reflections up to your tight case,
A periscope like pose for you to pore,
In larger looking glass hand mirrors fore
You rise draped still, you beam, you thank, embrace.
I'd said that tint would turn out bright heartache-
Expertise pushed off, you wouldn't listen,
Next day contrite, you paid for your mistake,

When you stole him from right beneath my nose,

You're like, how dare she, drama queen, impose?
But I refuse to lie down lost and doze,

You're treason personified, stooge and worse,
If I'm histrionic, adrenalin savour,

Of wild condescension, knowing what he'll blurt,

He's handsome, learned, worldlywise and deep,
I nearly missed him as he's quite discrete,
His clothes all classic low key, ones that keep.
He's laidback, locquacious, often offbeat, one leap
Ahead of curve and he's civilly fleet
In winning arguments, no, you daren't weep,
He won't brag on your worrisome defeat.
I've changed round him, I'm no longer fickle,
Herd instinct is a vice of vacuous past;
As I'm your last friend, I can help at last,
Seems you come across Grim Reaper's sickle.

I read you as a diamond cut bit rough,
The protean lard was losable defrayed
To budding milder springtime, winter made,
Your double chin by dollops warm enough.
I have to savour, it's free market stuff
To buy in cheap, to bank long, bundle made-
With loose black pants and top you've overlaid
A buxom figure ample, first class fluff.
But I'll play gentleman, a ruse of rules,
I'll lay flat out, weigh up your true worth,
I won't incorporate your kilojoules
No easing plaudit, that I'd give the earth.
Your button nose and sparkling small blue eyes
Invite shrewd telepathy, winking wise.

It was my first attempt at pure striptease,
And I was nervous, as I nudged this blouse
Part open, shut part, to show cups house
A pair of plump tits, given tidying squeeze.
You clapped approval, you rasped pretty please,
I piled my long hair up as pals espouse,
From my crown let it fall to fully rouse,
I pulled to midthigh skirt hemline, quivered knees.
You ran your index finger down one cup,
Your eyes closed void in virtual disbelief,
My spongelike tit regained shape, coned back up,
I sobbed with sense of sweet delight and grief.
You'd come back rich, I loved you as ever,
Since Dad plunged a poker machine lever.

(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 ever
o $10,000,000 always
o $10,000,000 continuous

Boxing Day Not One Day Too Soon
by Toshiro Yakuza
transl. by Nicky-san
There's sixty days left until boxing day,
When you'll give your true feelings straight away,
Blood diamond foothold, pinky carbon print,
And spare alms, ship them near my private mint;
As fizzy drinks wear carbon pesticide,
Cockroaches who've sipped at spills have died,
Poor things stick their stiff legs skyward for show,
Refunding empty bottles this way flow;
Freemartin lies with her rare bobbycalf,
And hare with its jack rabbit better half,
And runt bull terrier lies with his bulldog,
And lion with some black lamb, all lick and snog;
Cockroaches, ants, toast yuletide all year,
They swarm and file a full trash bin timeshare;
I've spent fifty years as man and mugger,
Learn, child prodigy or huge tree hugger.
Three oriented wise guys, one Christmas skip,
Hang over Bethlehem, a mothership.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 skip
o $10,000,000 bin
o $10,000,000 dumpster

(lliii)
Hey there you, pretty brunette, over here,
It's shocking strange how you've got no shame,
Oh shucks, I'll shush, I'm pretty much the same,
A blonde, the brunette, who're from who knows where?
You hear, I'll shout the bourbon ginger beer,
That fellow's shine and shimmy, all in lame-
He's leveraged, for lasses who've lowered aim,
His chartered launch and limo leased endear.
It's cash rich millionaires that we shall court
That pinstripe tethered young man, I've been told,
Is precious metals, marry, babe, his sort,
Wear off your cool silk cuff your heart of gold.
This Viaduct hotel bar dispenses booze,
The money men flick suits of sombre hues.

o $10,000,000 alcohol

We married middle teens, in years so young,
Urges sexual fostered far too early;
Our bones unset in twenties, grown unsung,
Oozed ongoing hormonal hurlyburly.
I pray for deux ex machina, us sprung
From our cage, our claws ingrown and curly;
Our beaks unchallenged lead at ladder rung,
Scrape at cuttlebone for curt and pearly.
Government interns will us immortal,
The queues far too long even in cremation,
I've heard that helium blunts flame serration,
That like sunflower seed grits sun grates portal.
So, we'll die bed rid, our hair sunshine white,

At times she's pliant, does as she's been told,
At times she's ebullient, tickles teases,
At times she's bluffing, her airs breezing bold,
At times she's impatient as she pleases.
At times she's hesitant, sets plans on hold,
At times she's possessive, items seizes,
At times she's daunting, goads her faithful fold,
At times she's off beam, off putting sneezes.
She trains those traits and forces others fore,
She entraps with chance eavesdrops, nods shyly,
She compounds critiques, then winks back wily,
She barks debriefs as arsenals of yore.
She's dead set one contrarian, left and right,
She's my babe, my baby, sweet, sour, delight.

(llxxviii)
You ordered me to your wide open arms,
An out of character tough, rough trade bluff,
I took the crisscross wrench of wrists and palms
Along my shoulder blades, my bearhug puff.
I drew on my own mindset, meanest charms,
By jerking forward, flopped you just enough,
I lay on you, french body licks your balms,
Around your collar, inside your left cuff.
You fumbled buttons on my fine lace blouse,
I cupped your crotch aggressively, as if
I didn't know you sensitive when stiff
In jeans, then slightly stroked left, right, to rouse.
You cussed my cardigan, your fingernails
Snipped blunt on buttons, basically male's.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 nails
o $10,000,000 claws
o $10,000,000 talons

My sweet dear Sheryl, my entire life seems
To be a heaven, no small help from you,
You whisper words, that you'll always be true,
Thus my day dreams segue in off waking dreams.
I'll hedge still, if it's me to whom she beams,
I'll think it some mirage to pass hands through,
Her salient smiles, I'll look behind anew,
No one, none, for my eyes eyes sparkling streams.
My palms have pressed on kidneys sceptic test,
From behind trapped your trembling tummy,
My splayed fingers have walked further scrummy,
In your ribcage grooves found their fluted rest.
As you smile, Sheryl, graciously, you give
These loveliest lessons, large reason to live.

The way that I stared at you was so crude,
Unblinking, my brain was transfixed with awe
Of natural good looks, both naive and rude,
Blonde tresses turned white olden, seamless flaw.
So dazed, I missed your mirthful attitude,
You stood no plaster saint, you loomed my law,
That face eclipsed the sun, my sight well cued,
Once Cupid shot his bolts, I crashed dropjaw.
Newmarket's throng, your slipstream chatter slurs,
Your bobbing head blazing blind my optic nerve;
Now, tactile pavement tile bumps serve
Me well as white cane tap guide, yellowish blurs;
Push buttons, talking signposts near bus stops,
One curvy shadow lands, on eyelids hops.

I walked a shortcut to get round a roadworks,
Breezed through bollards into muggers' alley;
Hedges, rooves, and chimneys held the tally,
The lane of light and shade dealt custom quirks.
I caught some girl who garbled herself irks
Crouched on doorsteps, who'd yet royally rally
Sobs and shudders, vent depressive sally
Against dear sycophant, his spineless smirks.
I could not figure this girl out at first,
Blonde hair mostly tucked up into beanie;
I caught, unsighted yet, my name accursed,
By this girl who'd bottled me her genie.
I'd changed on her recognisance, beyond doubt,
To clinch her love, she loathed me inside out.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 doubt
o $10,000,000 misgiving
o $10,000,000 scepticism

Aligned with blindspots, built in shifting eyes;
In adult make-believe I make surmise

How you'd prefer not spell what you despise,
That you don't mind enforced make nice, make do.
The horrendous part is that you don't hate
Yours truly ever tending your small needs,
I won't confront a fellow who succeeds
In getting your lax guard to drop whole slate.

(lxxiv)
I felt that my poor shattered heart was shared
By everyone around me, they sobbed in sync;
No sentiments in such vein ever reared,
They'd kiss as per, and arm in arm they'd link.
I dodged what couples clubbed in public dared,
The cuddles, pouting cues for kisses, stray wink;
Such loopy loving is lived through, not fared,
Suppressing tears, I bid a vacant blink.
When starved of love it's seeming oversold,
When stuffed with love it's fuzzy inexact,
In love again, you wield a woozy fact,
The same old typeface, and yet blocked out bold.
I had my taste of love, struck weird stonewall,
There's nicer folk round who've felt none at all.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 stonewall
o $10,000,000 barricade

a study toward sonnet #1,383 by FisherKingKQJ
We've been going steady since an end of year,
To me at least, there seems a strengthened bond,
I see us sweet now, tomorrow, and beyond,
We're frank with facts, and banter peer to peer.
Light kisses soothe and lavished kisses sear,
Our hugs and handclasps evidently fond
The tears are few and you fervently respond
To rib strokes, thigh taps, slight rubs of rear.
There's nothing which you'd manufacture me,
But you stretch facts, economise, omit,
And you do what you want much as you see,
Your bad hair days a dodge that we commit.
So is it making love or lurid sex?
Are you my soulmate, or that roleplaying ex?
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 sex
o $10,000,000 coitus
o $10,000,000 fornication

It's hard being single when you've hit your prime,
There's steady work and spare cash, small uptick
In tapping out your precious free down time-
No special man with whom you can just click.
The city smothers you in decibels and grime,
Down footpaths, streets and steep lanes your eyes flick
Point blank, one girl for one boy goes the chime,
At some kind hearted man they yearn to stick.
You seethe alone yet squirm through your crowd,
You lengthen lunch hours via some tedious diet,
Recall your childhood girlfriend who stared quiet
At her food tray, distracting talk allowed.
Face value, nice jacket, hard thighs nudge past,
Again; one crowd I'll strike true love, though last.

That space which I home claim, that countryside,
Industrial forest matured, our saw mill
I'll never cede, as it's home sweet home still,
To Riverhead my brain is ravine wide.
On planet Earth there's no safe place to hide,
So plastic laminate chipboard doesn't chill
I laud the innovation, labour, skill,
Airconditioning calms, wheels hiss and glide.
My girl has taken turn at snatching sleep,
Across the back of that hinged bucket seat,
Her safety belt awaits boobs, cleavage deep,
We'll swap our places come next sight of sheep,
Tarseal molten, punctilious white pickets,
We love boughs sunblotted, ditch gorse thickets.

Verse and chorus which I've lately written,
Some notes the Magus doesn't know about;
When it comes to magic count me smitten,
So dream on, scuba diver, odd man out.
Trust me, comrade, your sweet coital kitten,
False cleaner blenny will trade skills tout,
Flit near ribbon sweetlips safe, unbitten,
Her love bites strip flesh live, swell her pout.
This orca oracle, rock bottom wise,
Wrested wrasse at their fish cleaning station,
On lean days beneath no obligation,
She gobbled gristle, bones, guts and eyes.
Chain moray eel will eat or gargle garbs,
Reef shark is biased to spicy stingray barbs.

o $10,000,000 fluke

Her love bites strip flesh live, swell her pout.
This orca oracle, rock bottom wise,
Wrested wrasse at their fish cleaning station,
On lean days beneath no obligation,
She gobbled gristle, bones, guts and eyes.
Chain moray eel will eat or gargle garbs,
Reef shark is biased to spicy stingray barbs.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 barb
o $10,000,000 fluke
o $10,000,000 lobe

a study toward sonnet #1,379 by FisherKingKQJ
(w)
I daren't swim round the coral reef
Hour past the sunset; predators like dark,
Group blenny bachelors an easy mark,
Rock beauty spawn lap, by surf brought to grief.
The secretary blenny knows her brief,
To seniority stirs, would herself hark,
Giant lobestars loom highrise squatters' park,
In blenny pecking order death's no thief.
Sunrise can lose out to stormy weather,
Anenomes do lick guest shrimp, times lean,
Exit barred, no more the bedded feather,
Commensual falls short, if symbiotic is mean.
No, I eat ambient sunlight, sing along,
My balalaika brandish, peg a prong.
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 along
o $10,000,000 follow
o $10,000,000 trail

a study toward sonnet #1,378 by FisherKingKQJ
(v)
Looks tough cheese being a beautiful sex bot,
I often have doubts, ruminate my role;
I gratefully enjoy things which I've got,
The Magus says don't crease that pretty poll.
The smoker whose toes puff with gangrene rot,
The epileptic whose spasms tremors troll,
The drunk whose dinner spread's a shirt front blot,
The senior whose frame goes fetch a stroll.
Those people, well - I dare not dream to ape
As much as I'd like; what an awful drudge,
Maybe I'll wear a wig, and play the judge,
And slap a wrist to sort a vicious rape.
What's it feel like to have the human touch,
A gavel handy, pince nez perched, and such?
(Chorus)
o $10,000,000 touch
o $10,000,000 brush
o $10,000,000 jab
